CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance Manager with CIS experience, to join a well-established business within the construction sector in Coventry. If you are a results-oriented finance professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving financial excellence, this is certainly the position for you! This is a fully office based position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Ensure VAT, CIS, RTI, EPS and other statutory compliance.
- Run and manage company payroll and pensions.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow and financial forecasting.
- Control credit control and supplier payments.
- Support year-end accounts and external audits.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting and statutory compliance (VAT, CIS, PAYE, RTI).
- Experience producing management accounts and cash flow forecasts.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with auditors, external accountants, and HMRC.
- Strong CIS experience.
LOCATION
Coventry - Commutable from nearby locations such as Birmingham, Warwick and Rugby.
